Hello! Welcome to Personal Excellence Training,
home of CrossFit eXcellence!

We are a private training facility located in the heart of Lake Oswego Oregon. (see map here)

If you are visiting for the first time you may be asking yourself, “is this for me?”

So, let me give you some information to help answer that for you.

First, I encourage you to read all you can on our site. Visit the FAQ(frequently asked questions) page and look at our videos(coming soon), pictures, testimonials and daily blog.

Better yet, meet some of the people who train here. Our community is the heart and soul of Crossfit Excellence. No one can give you better insight into what we are than someone who “works out” here. Join us for a free week and get to know us!

We train people of all fitness and age levels, from 6 years of age to 86; elite athletes to rehabilitation clients.

To train here, it doesn’t matter your current level or your past experience or even your potential. What really matters is your attitude.

Second, let me share with you some of what we believe in and our training philosophies. See if you share some of these convictions. If you do, this is probably a great place for you to be. If you don’t-there are many “gyms” in the area where these things simply don’t matter.

Elite training methods can be applied to people of ANY age and ability level. Gimmicks are for lazy people, are often dangerous and they don’t work. At CrossFit eXcellence, we focus our training on methods that provide you with results, handed down to us from the top coaches and trainers in the world!

We use CrossFit methods of combining the best elements of Gymnastics, Olypic Weightlifting and Mono-structural (cardio) exercises into an infinite combination of high intensity workouts. Constantly varied functional movements will help you improve your fitness in every conceivable way.
